It sometimes takes a few hours to a day for the log to be updated, especially if you're at the end/beginning of a billing cycle. Log into the desktop version of My Verizon as Account Owner/Manager, hover over My Usage at the top, then click View Usage. Click Messages on the left-hand side of the screen, then use the drop-down to select the appropriate line.
