I am so frustrated! I have been on a chat two separate times to resolve my issue but the problems are never solved. They say they are but their not. I am suppose to receive a gift card for switching to Verizon more than 2 months ago. Never received it. I also need to move my due date and set up auto pay. I was just on hold waiting for customer service for 35 mins and finally hung up. What do you have to do to talk to someone???
I can't believe moving to Verizon has been such a nightmare. They haven't gotten one thing right yet.
