How do I attach a name to a phone number on desk top messenger.

I have messenger on my desktop Windows 10. Apparently I can't add a name with the number. I can only tell who calls from the text sent to me.

I have the Message+ app version 1.0.17.0 on my Windows 10 desktop. It has my Contacts from my phone with names instead of phone numbers.  I'm not sure where/when it got/synchronized the Contacts.  It may have been from some version of my Verizon Cloud storage.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...
