All my contacts were lost, can I do a reset from a previous back like a computer can?
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
We depend on having our contacts readily available on the phone. If you had the contacts backed up somewhere previously you would be able to restore them.
What phone do you have? Do you recall if contacts were saved to the Verizon Cloud http://spr.ly/65848v2q4 (go down to Manage Your Contacts Online with the Verizon Cloud Website & select Restore Deleted Contacts)
If you have an iPhone and use iCloud, you can follow the steps here

Thank you for the additional information. Android devices usually require you to use a Gmail account to back up your contacts. Do you know if you have your contacts backed up to your Gmail account?

I do not have the cloud backup, so what over way can i restore a contact i accidently deleted?
If you do not use any way to store your personal information, the data would be permanently deleted. Do you recall using any other source to save your personal data? What type of phone do you have? MichelleH_VZW

seandean, we want to ensure you receive the assistance you need. How were you backing up on your contacts on your Galaxy S10+? For example, are you subscribed to our Verizon Cloud service or something else. Also, when you click on Edit for any name in your contact list, does it show that contact as Saving to a Gmail account or as a phone contact?
