My EnV2 phone won't receive texts but it will send them, and people CAN receive them, only when they send ME a text, it says "sent" on their phone and I never receive it. At first I thought it was a network problem, like only Verizone phones would text me, but my mom and I are on the same plan pretty much and even HER texts wont come through to me. This problem is recent, I noticed it last evening when I was texting people and randomly they ALL stopped replying, and of course when I looked into it I realized it's my phone acting up. I have been using this phone for almost a year.
If anyone can help out, I'd appreciate it. I really don't want to have to order a new phone.
