When I called customer service they acted like they didn't know what I was talkling about. It was very clear they didn't care. What ticked me off almost as much as my pictures being gone was the poor attitude! Thanks for the e-mail address, i will try your approach 😕 Too bad it has to come to that to get things taken care of, we spend A LOT of money on Verizon services and products.

I can not get into mine either goes to cloud i want pixplace. now the account is deleted,stupid verizon.
