Over the last couple of weeks I haven't be able to receive text messages from other people, especially other Verizon users. A person who sends me one gets a message a couple hours later saying failure to receive or no message at all. My phone works great otherwise. What can I do?
Do a "hardreboot"; remove the battery for 30seconds while the phone is still powered on. Then reprogram the phone with *228 and option 1. Those are the first steps to take, beyond that call Tech Support. They might just have to reset a couple things in the system.
