I suddenly got this mess age when my daughter send me a picture. I was getting pictures from her and could view them and now its gives me the message above.

Sounds like she may have been trying to send you a message with a sound recording attached to it. As far as to why it failed, I would have her try to duplicate what she did and send it and if it fails like that again I would contact a technical support representative to determine the cause.
