So here it is. I have the Env3 and when ever i use the three methods on Facebook or the one method on Twitpic this is the message i receive.
VZW FREE MSG: Your message cannot be delivered. The destination you are attempting to send a message to has been blocked by the account holder.
I get this for both facebook and twitpic
I have nothing blocked on either.

call a rep. i know some phones process mobile web pages that others cannot i had a bb tour and had no issues with sites then i got the env3 and had the same issue as you after a little reading around it boils down to some phones not supporting data types sorta like some programs working on a pc and not a mac ya know?
What methods are you using? Are you using Mobile web or simple text/pix messaging? Have you set up your phone in FB mobile and Twitter? It may just be a provisioning error on yor account with Verizon, it may be something not set up right with FB or Twitter. I need more information to figure this out!!
