ERROR CODE 5

Today I have been getting this error in every text that i try to send. It says there is an error and to retry to message but every time I do it gives the same error message. I'm just wondering what this means. Thanks

I've tried the usual steps but can't send texts.  Frustrating for as much as I pay for my service.

Currently can receive texts, not send. 

 

Get error code 5.
