When I look in my contacts, I see one number and one name for my contacts. When I go to create a text in the Verizon text app, I see the contacts names and numbers duplicated.
How do I clean this up? This is a deal breaker, if I can't fix it, the Verizon text app is worthless to me and will be deleted.
We want you to enjoy the Verizon Message+ application and all its features, ERIAND31. Let’s get some more information and explore ways to resolve. When did this issue start? Do you see any double contacts on your phone address book?
In the mean time, delete/disable the Verizon Message+ application, then power your phone off/on, install the application again and make it your default messaging application and test.
