When I look at my plan it says:
TXT MSG W PER MSG CHARGES
and
UNL TEXT MESSAGING
I understand what unlimited text messaging means but I dont understand the first one, if I have unlimited why is there a charging one? What exactly does it mean?

Im not really sure why it says that. It says that on my plan also. But it doesn't seem to be a problem since its not charging me.
Txt MSG W PER MSG: It means charge per each text, but since you have have unlimited texting it doesn't apply.

TXT MSG W PER MSG CHARGES is a default feature listing. It's on your account whether you have a limited messaging bundle, unlimited, or messaging blocked altogether. It's really confusing and bizarre that it's there no matter what. I worked for VZW up until about two weeks ago, and I got this phone call probably five times a week.
