Cant txt or recieve txts from people out of Verizon

Alright ive always been able to txt ppl outside of verizon but i cant txt or even get txts or calls from them, ive updated the roaming and reprogrammed with that *228 number but nothing is working.

 

Also my phone is the LG Voyager.....any1 know how to fix this?

My suggest would be to call customer care. Ask to make sure messaging is set up right on your account & also ask to do some furtther trouble shooting steps.
