Cant send or recieve pix of flix messages....please help!

So i had gotten texting on my phone taken away and it was recently put back. I can text with it fine but when i try to  recieve a pix message it says message reciept failed. I dont know whats wrong. Can anyone help?

I would make sure there isn't a National Access block on your line. Which is a possibility if everything was blocked on your line.
