I was a recent alltel customer and bought a new phone from verizon that i added texting to with no problem online (500 and unlimitedm2m). I had to change my plan today but when I got home I checked my account and the texting package had been removed. I tried to add it back on but that package I had had recently was not listed with all the other options. I thought that was weird, but still decided to get another package. (400) I tried adding this but it would not let me at all because it says i have text messages blocked, but i never blocked them nor do i see a green check by "blocking text message". What do I do? i want to make sure I have these text messages covered.
