Messages+ is a great application. I use it myself. Let’s get the details and get this working. Can you tell me what operating system you are using? Do you have any Firewalls or are you using a proxy server?

Please Try the steps below:
1) Make sure all the windows updates are installed and are up-to-date. If not, please install all the Windows updates. Reboot your machine and try installing Message+ again. If the issue still persists, then go to step 2)

2) Please do not perform this step, if you are running Windows 8 or above. If you are running Windows 7, download and install the "Fix MSI software update registration corruption issues" tool from Microsoft, from the link below:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/976982

Run the tool and follow the steps in the Fix it wizard.
