Another AT&T vs. Verizon Pix post... anyone have any answers?

I know others have had problems sending messages from Verizon to AT&T phones. AT&T is the only carrier I haven't been able to send Pix to. My phone seems to work just fine. I updated it via the *228 function and I'm just plain angry that a (seemingly) simple phone service won't work for me.

 

Does anyone have any answers to this problem at all?

Well you should be able to send them to AT&T. It sounds like you will have to call VZW tech support and have a trouble ticket issued.

I'll be trying that on Monday when I go back to work then. They told me they couldn't troubleshoot my phone while I was using it. I'm glad to hear that it SHOULD work. I'll keep on it till I can get Pix through to my boyfriend. :smileyhappy:
