I have a friend who has an Ellipsis 8. She is able to co9nnect to her work WiFi but has no Internet access. Any ideas why?

I am having difficulty with the wifi on my Ellipsis 8 also...it shows that my wifi is connected, but when I go to website, they won't open because it says I am offline. I don't have any problem connecting to my Droid Turbo or my laptop via WiFi, so I know it is my tablet and not my router!
DinDin, I know how much I rely on connecting to WiFi. Our goal is to keep you connected. When did this first begin? Have you tried to connect the tablet to any other WiFi networks? Have there been any recent changes to the tablet like a software update or new apps?
