Why does my tablet keep telling me to reboot?

Every once in awhile my tablet keeps telling me to reboot and also saying launch 3 not working why?

It started a couple of weeks ago. But lately I have not had the problem because I went to storage and deleted a lot of the problem. Some of it was still running and some of it was programs that I didn't use any more. Thanks for your help.
