Same question, should be able to see the card to access it, save to it.
How about an answer Verizon?
The Ellipsis 10 only supports up to a 32-GB micro SD card. Are you using a card with too much capacity? Are you getting any errors? What happens when you try to access it via the preinstalled File Manager app?

Making sure you can save content to your Ellipsis 10 tablet SD card is important. I'm confident we can figure this out.
Our community member tikibar1 has asked some good questions. Please let us know some of these important pieces of information.
One thing we want to first make sure of is that the SD card is inserted in there properly. Please power the tablet completely off while checking this. Please see this helpful link: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-200677/ Does it show it's in there properly? Once it is powered back on, are you able to see the SD card?
