How to connect Ellipsis 7 tablet to bluetooth speaker iDM9 - won't pair

When I select in Settings - Bluetooth to pair my bluetooth speaker from Ellipsis 7 tablet, I get error

"Couldn't pair with iDM9 because of an incorrect PIN or passkey.", however I was never prompted to enter a PIN or passkey and can find nowhere to do so.

I am so sorry you are having issues with connecting your tablet to bluetooth. Lets see what is going on. Have you been able to successfully connect your tablet to any bluetooth before? When the iDM9 is visible in the bluetooth devices does it give you the option to unpair?
