If you're using Verizon Messages, you can print them via your on-line My Verizon account.  You also could forward the texts to your e-mail and print them that way.  Or use a text backup and restore app from the Play Store that also provides for printing, such as:

SMS Backup & Restore - Android Apps on Google Play
