The charger LED stays on. It appears to have a charge but will not shut down or get past the initial Android sign. Holding power button down for approx. 15 seconds does result in the "Android" sign dissapearing then returning a few sond

Kevhaw10, we want your tablet to have smooth sailing. Let's work together to see what has happened. Do you recall adding any new apps, games or software recently? Have you attempted to hold down the power button at the same time as you hold the center of the volume key?

Haven't added any knew apps. and have also tried  the soft reset with power and volume buttons.  Still an't get powered up past Android screen

If you hold down the Volume Down button and the Power Button at the same time to restart the tablet, are you able to get it to restart in Factory Mode? If you can't even get it to do that, you could also try letting the battery die completely, then once more trying to restart it in Factory Mode using the steps above. If that still won't work for you, then your only option may be repair/replacement if you still have warranty on the device.

Sorry, no luck here...tried everything. I tend to think it's the "non-removable" battery or the USB port.
