My Ellipsis 7 keeps sounding a notification sound and I can't find the source. Using TextMe app for texting and GMail for email. The notification is ringing when there are no new messages in either place. How do I find the source?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am glad to see that you have added one of our great new tablets but we want to make sure that it is working properly. With any notification, there should be an indication of what it is in the notification bar at the top of the screen. If you do not see anything in the notification bar then you will want to go to settings and clear any running apps to see if that is the culprit. Let us know if this works and we would be happy to assist further.
