I have had the same issues that have been chronicled about the Ellipsis 7. I think it is a problem with the workmanship of the product itself--something that Verizon will have to resolve. Oddly enough, I am due for an upgrade in April, so I have to decide whether or not I will get another tablet. Thanks to all for your candor in discussing this issue.

I had the same issue earlier on my ellipsis 10. What I did was put it on the charger, waited about 10-15 minutes then held the power on button down for about 10-15 seconds. But, like I said, I have the 10.
I have a screen with washed out colors. Its not an issue with Google Chrome or any search engine. Matter of fact, the only place Its happening, right now, of on the Verizon website where I would put in my password.
Please, help if you can

We're here for you. Please attempt the following steps, let me know if you're still experiencing the issue:
Settings> App Manager> All> Settings> Clear Data
Then…
Settings> Data Usage> Menu> Turn on “Restrict background data” and then turn off
This worked for me. Thanks!
