I have had this tablet since December. It constantly freezes up and also has a black bar that hides a lot of content when I am trying to read something online. Even when I go into my Amazon acct, it is very difficult to use because of the black bar that is covering up the info I am trying to see..The only reason I purchased this tablet was because I dropped my LG tablet and cracked the screen. But even with the cracked screen and the fact it was a couple years old, it still was a much better tablet then the Ellipsis. Very sorry I purchased this tablet..And Verizon has been no help in getting this resolved..
