Could it be powering off when fully charged? Unit displays battery is charged 100% when I look at it, but its wifi is off, so needs powered back up. This is serious problem, but Verizon doesnt seem to have a clue why its doing this. Its brand new and happens everyday.

Try plugging te jetpack into a USB power source such as the Sleep and Charge output on your PC.
I think the unit it susceptible to line spikes , and the output on the PC is filtered better.. 4 days now with no shutdown or disconnect
