All my cloud content was backed up before. I received a replacement phone and nothing shows up.

Galaxyuser1828, Not having your information ready to place inside your phone. I want to make sure we get the information back for you. Can you tell me what happens on the device when you try to download the VZ Cloud on the replacement device? Are there any other problems you have experienced with this device?
