Text messages and call logs are sync'd directly from your phone, so if you delete them from your phone, it should delete them from the Cloud when it syncs. If you completely erase your phone or get a new one, it should go through Verizon Cloud during setup and automatically restore whatever was last sync'd.

Ccrase1, we want to make sure that you can manage your content. The elements is correct in saying that it does sync up with your phone. You can see that under "Using Verizon Cloud" option 5. You can also turn off the sync off by going opening up the Verizon Cloud>selecting the three horizontal lines>Settings>What to back up>uncheck mark what you don't want. Does this help?
