Why has my cloud app stopped working?

my iPhone cloud app will not backup content and it cras when I try to use it.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with Verizon Cloud. We need a little more information to determine what may be causing this. Are you trying to backup via iCloud or Verizon Cloud?
