Why do I only see one phone's cloud when logged into Verizon acct.?

I was paying our Verizon bill and wanted to delete some un-necessary photos that get automatically backed up in my cloud but was only able to see the main phone on the account (main phone being the first phone number added to this account, which is my wife's phone). No matter what I did including switching to my phone by clicking on 'Manage My Device > Manage My Contacts and Cloud' it just shows me my wife's photos, songs, etc.. I must be missing something but I've spent some time poking around with the same results and it is getting aggravating as I did not want this to turn into an all night ordeal.

The Verizon Cloud is based on the MTN (Mobile Telephone Number) not the account. To protect everyone's privacy you cannot as the Account Owner view each individual person's cloud. You would need to sign in to each persons phone number to view that.

So I have to have an account for each phone? 

While I appreciate potential privacy issues, it would have been helpful to not have the 'Manage my phone > cloud' available for the second phone on the account, would have saved me time.

Yes. This way the account is personalized per the member of the account. For example, I am the Account Owner of my account. I can view my cloud and manage it but my ex-girlfriend can only view her cloud and not mine. She even as a account manager cannot view my cloud.
