I have a Samsung Note 10+ , model sm-n975u. The Verizon Cloud bakcup fails every time for the past month. I've tried manually syncing and waiting for the backup to run. The backup fails every time. I've cleard the cache, restarted the Cloud, restarted the phone and nothing works.
What do I try next?

I know how important it is to keep the important information on your phone backed up. Are you connected to Wi-Fi when you run the backup? Do you get any specific error message when it fails? Were there any changes to the phone a month ago when this issue began?
