I have an android cell phone, but I recently got an iPad. I'm trying to use the Verizon cloud app on my iPad, but it keeps telling me there's an error with my username and password. I have literally changed my password and username 8 times to see if it would take. I don't know what to do at this point. I just want them to talk nicely to each other. APPLE vs Android!!
Keeping your data backed up is vital. Is the iPad on your Verizon Wireless account? Have you tried backing up with iCloud instead?
