I had my number for over 10 years and I was wondering if there is a way that Verizon can still recover my photos and videos that I had there. As many trying to recover their old footage, these photos and videos carry personal value and would love to recover them. I never upgraded to their Verizon Cloud Premium service when they started charging back in late 2017 or early 2018. Would Verizon be able to recover my photos and videos from years ago? Is there a way that my photos and videos were archived and maybe stored in case I ever wanted to get their cloud service?
If anyone has had any luck with a similar issue please let me know how you went about it. Thank you
