I am trying to get the photos and the ones in the Verizon cloud to match up. When I access the cloud on my computer it says I have 1878 photos. When I access the Verizon cloud on my phone it shows 2670. The gallery on my phone shows 1997 shows 1997 once I completed a backup.
1. Why would the quantity of photos in the cloud be different on my phone and the computer?
2. How do I get them to sync correctly?
I spent a very frustrating 45 minutes with a guy at the Verizon store trying to work thru this and he told me to delete all photos on my phone and then do a back up, but before I did that I wanted some advice as to whether this is the right procedure or not.
