If it has been within 30 days of the deletion of your Verizon Cloud storage, you can sign up for the free 30-day trial of one of the new paid storage services. The items previously stored may reappear or you may need to call Customer Service at 800-922-0204 or *611 to have them restore them. If they are able to be restored, then you can either continue with the paid service or download your items and cancel the paid service.

jtessema,
Our digital media is something we all keep near and dear to our hearts. I am very concerned to learn that your Cloud and photos are missing. Rest assured, I am here to lend a hand and help resolve your issue. I would like to gather some details so we can head in the right direction.
As there are many Cloud Storage applications available these days, please tell us which one you were using. If you are not sure, please describe what the icon/application looked like.
What is the make/model of your phone? When did you notice the Cloud and your photos were gone?

My cloud photos were also deleted. I received a notification from Verizon saying that they would be switching over from the free service to a paid one, but I assumed this meant I couldn't add any more photos, not that mine would be deleted forever. Is there any way to get my photos back??

VZ cloud still backs up contacts, but nothing else if you're not on premium. To those missing pics, dial *611 and ask to speak with tier 2 tech to get things restored.
I never used my cloud and highly suggest using Google Drive instead for the free 15GB of storage. Carrier specific cloud isn't that fantastic because of things like this.
