Re: I just received a text message that you, Verizon, deleted my content and everything that I had saved on the cloud by air so what am I supposed to do to retrieve all that now I had years of photos saved

Just to clarify, if the cloud service has been removed and it's within the 30-day archive window, simply putting the 30-day free back on the mobile number won't restore the content. Manual intervention is required by support to retrieve the archived content after the service is restored to the mobile number and they have to also match the size of the restored content to the service that is put on the mobile number.
