How do I transfer pictures from VZ Cloud to my pc?

Trying to save cloud pictures to computer - get response that windows found the file (.jpg) is potentially harmful and was blocked.  I can't open the pictures.  How do you fix this?

RShenny being able to move those precious memories over to your computer is important to us. Have you ever been able to move the pictures over to your computer to view? Please provide the steps you are taking when getting that error message.
