I have to factory reset my phone. Verizon cloud show I have 379 contacts yet my gmail show 200 less than that synced. After numerous gmail syncs I believe I am going to have to retransfer back contacts through the cloud here. Can anyone show me how I can export my contacts out of the cloud please?

they will sync / go into cloud on device settings and look for backup or restore. try both. https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-cloud-faqs/
Verizon Cloud automatically uploads all the data for each content type you've set it to sync (e.g., pictures, videos, etc.). As long as you choose to sync a content type and have room in your account to store it, everything you have on your mobile device will be uploaded to Verizon Cloud.
You can also view your media with the Verizon Cloud website to see what is backed up in your account.
