How do I mass delete music files in the Verizon Cloud?
Mormegil
Newbie

Somehow songs I was trying to transfer from ITunes to my phone ended up in the Verizon Cloud, using up all 5GB. I want to delete all the songs, over 250, all at once but I don't know how to do it.  I can only delete them one by one, there must be some way to delete them all at once.

Oh no, that would definitely be a predicament! Managing the Cloud storage is essential and help has arrived, Mormegil! Thanks for reaching out for assistance. Here is a site that will help advise how media files can be deleted from the Cloud to free up some space: http://vz.to/1NPHMGW
