When I install Verizon Cloud on my (new) smartphone, the app only wants to UPLOAD my current data. I want to DOWNLOAD contacts previously saved via Backup Assistant (from my old flip phone). How do I do this?
I can see the data on my PC via the web interface, so I know it has been previously saved to Verizon Cloud.

Following those directions, the first action is to sync data on the current device TO the cloud. I do not want to do that, I want to retrieve the data from my old (dumb) phone FROM the cloud, before uploading any new content.
