How can I recover my photos off the cloud?

I would like to know how I can recover my photos off the cloud?

This week my employer took over financial responsibility for my phone and I just assumed that I could log into Verizon cloud to recover my contacts and photos. I was able to download my contacts, but not photos because my employer does not pay for that service.

I called in 3 times to Verizon tech support to have someone figure out a way I can access my photos. 45 minutes calls each time...I still don't have an answer. Each time I call, someone asks me to try something different then the prior person.

If someone would have told me to pull all my info off the cloud prior to my employer taking over financial responsibility for the account I would have done so. Since it is the same phone number...I did not think this was going to be such a big deal. I know my content has to be out there somewhere. Who can help?

slange1616 - see the message from Samantha on your search for messages.  You only have 30-days after your employer removed the cloud service from your phone number to restore your content.  If you have another Verizonwireless post-paid account in your own name and the support team can validate you as the former owner of the old MDN and the rightful owner of another post-paid account, they may be able to restore the content from the old number onto the new number.....follow?

Slange1616, we know how important it is to have your personal media with you and we want to ensure we’re doing everything we can to help. Please know that while your cloud service is tied to your phone number, it will require that the Verizon Cloud feature is active on your employer’s account as well. We’ll want to work as quickly as possible to help restore the content so there’s usually a 30-day window to do so. Additionally, if you’re on a business account, we have specialists that work specifically in this department. These specialists will be the only members that can access your new account. You can reach out to our business customer service team between Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 10:00PM ET at 800-922-0204 for additional support in this matter.
