If you are using the Verizon Cloud, you can either update the contact using your phone's address book and the next time it backs up the change will be made to the Verizon Cloud.

You can also log into the Verizon Cloud website, https://cloud.verizonwireless.com with your mobile number and the MyVerizon password associated with it.  Then go to the contacts section, make the changes you need and click the sync icon at the top right.  If you ever need to download the contacts, you can do it here as well.

Which cloud?

If you are using an android phone, I would suggest that you keep your contacts associated with your Gmail account. You can edit your contacts through the Gmail website.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Hello there, schvelts! Being able to manage your contact is vital, this way you can updated as you need to, and we would be more than happy to help you today. Can you please tell us a little more? What cloud are you referring to, Verizon Cloud or iCloud?

This is a great suggestion, but I can log onto my account but not the cloud. I get the following error.

Whitelabel Error Page

This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.
