I signed up for cloud within 3 months of getting phone service with verizon. Verizon cloud wont restore my deleted texts, i have a galaxy s7. When i try to restore it does the "restoring your files" thing, then after like 10 seconds, it says its finished. And i have no restored texts. What am i doing wrong?
What app are you using for texting? How are you backing up the texts that you are trying to restore?
Unless texts were backed up, they are gone once deleted from the device. Verizon Messages app will sync up to 3 months of texts over multiple devices, but will back up to the cloud only if you have specifically chosen to back up text messages via the cloud app on the computer or your phone.
