When I open My Verison Cloud App it says

“As you requested, access to your Verizon Cloud media
storage was removed.

Please contact Customer Service if you would like to restore your previously backed up photos, videos, music and documents.”

 

How do I fix this problem?

Jerri3dz, we are here to help. Have you made any changes to your Verizon Cloud feature?

Please call support at 800-922-0204.  Most likely the cloud feature was removed for some reason.  If it's been less than 30 days, they can put the feature back on your mobile number and restore your content from archived storage.  After 30 days, the content will have been permanently deleted already.
