I've looked around the internet and on this forum and can't seem to figure this out. I'm on a shared plan with 2 others. I use Backup Assistant Plus to periodically backup my contacts only. Someone else on my plan uses the Verizon Cloud. Logging in to our account via computer today I realized that my contacts are now included within her contacts on Verizon Cloud. I can access all of her photos, contacts, data that's uploaded on the cloud via my computer but can't find a way to just see my contact list. I have zero interest in using the cloud, just looking for a way to make sure my contacts are backed up.

Depending on what device you are using (Android vs Apple) there are many ways of backing up. For Android you can enable syncing to google (contacts.google.com) (look in settings->accounts->google and see what is configured to sync), samsung offers syncing/backup. Apple has iCloud backup and probably others as well.
