Cannot delete Music from cloud

Trying to delete all my music from cloud, W hen I hit the select button, it says,
"multi-select requires all artists to be fetched, proceed".
I proceed and it spins forever and eventually my session expires.
How can I delete all my music from cloud?
Or how can I delete everything from cloud and start from scratch?

Try deleting in chunks instead.

that does not help because it tries to retrieve all the artists and it spins forever!

Why?
if you don't want to see music, hide it in iTunes so it won't appear on your device or in the cloud until you unhide it.
is ther another reason you are trying to delete your music?
