If you are on More Everything, you get 25 GB free, you just need to add it.
On My Verizon under Manage my Account, go to Manage Products and Apps. Then click on Manage products.
You should see Verizon Cloud and selections for 5 GB, 25 GB, 75 GB and 150 GB.
If you have More Everything, 25 GB will say FREE, just select it. If you do not have More Everything, there will be a monthly charge for upgrading storage.

Yes; click the link below and scroll down a bit for pricing (25 GB, 75 GB, 150 GB, and 250 GB):
Verizon Cloud - Verizon Wireless
There's also alternatives to Verizon Cloud, such as Google, OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.

Thanks for elaborating on the free 25 GB option. It's mentioned in the link in the earlier post, but doesn't go into much detail, other than stating:
A $2.99 charge will appear on your monthly bill, but a $2.99 credit will also be applied.
