As long as you know the Network Name (SSID) and Device Access Password follow these instructions.

1. On Start Screen on computer, type sharing center.

2. Tap or click on Settings

3. Tap or click on network and sharing center.

4. Tap or click set up new connection or network.

5. Click set up new network.

6. Click next. A wizard walks you through the rest of the process.

Follow the instructions provided by the wizard, and click finish.

      When the process is complete.

There is another gentleman here named John who may jump in and correct me if I missed anything in my answer.
