I've just moved my home phone service to this device (Novatel T1114 by model number, if I've got that right). In "1X" voice mode, Caller ID works fine on both my cordless phone system & on a current HP MFP. When I activate HD Voice, Caller ID displays nothing on the cordless phone, but I do get the proper number -- with a +1 for internationalization -- on the HP MFP.
I have seen the prior discussion that caller ID doesn't work properly in HD Voice mode. I'm betting it's because most home phones don't understand the incoming "+1" in the caller ID info & bail out.
Does anyone with experience with this device know of a current cordless phone system that *does* understand the "+1" caller ID information?
